SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are handmade in South Africa and shipped to Australia. 

 

All pricing includes GST, and our chosen delivery method for Seat Covers and Luggage is using Air Freight which includes door to door delivery usually taking between 7-10 days to be delivered once manufactured.

For bulkier orders, such as large furniture items, Safari Overlanders will happily arrange an consolidated shipment via Sea Freight which can take up to 10 weeks to be delivered. 

PLEASE NOTE - We are currently experiencing longer lead times due to COVID restrictions.

MANUFACTURING TIMES

As all items are custom made to order the following lead times can apply to items not in stock:

  • Seat Covers (10-15 Days)

  • Luggage (2 weeks)

  • Furniture (4 - 6 weeks)

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We believe in the quality of our product and therefore if there is a manufacturing fault and you are not completely satisfied with it on delivery you are free to return the product to us for a full refund (less all transport and handling costs). 

PAYMENT METHODS

This website supports most major credit and debit  card payments (including VISA, AMEX, MasterCard). The payments are processed securely through a software platform called Square so you can rest assured we have your security front of mind.
